Increase Your Website Revenue from Affiliate Programs
Posted by Karl Foxley in Affiliate Marketing, Blog, Coaching, Online Coaching
Today I want to share with you one quick way to increase the revenue of your website by promoting affiliate programs.
Joining affiliate programs and then adding a few banners to your website can earn you some nice monthly commissions. If you don’t like the look of banners, you can use text links instead; maybe by creating a recommended resources page and adding your affiliate websites that you wish to promote on in one dedicated place.
You can also blog about products that you think would benefit your readers. I would recommend you only promote products that match your website product or service, this will increase your conversion rates. When you visit the sites below you are signing up as a ‘publisher‘, meaning you are using your website to ‘publish‘ the affiliate banners and / or text links.
For your typical merchant websites such as Play.com, 3 Mobile, Buy Cosmetics, etc. you can sign-up to any of the affiliate networks below:
For alternative products such as e-Books, WordPress templates etc you should try:
All of the affiliate networks above are free to join and you can get started almost instantly (depending on whether the merchant accounts have auto-approval). If you would like comprehensive affiliate marketing training then I highly recommend John Reese’s Opportunity.com.
To your success,
