Photoshop CS4 – Adobe are the makers of some of the best design software around and CS4 is one of their finest.

Dreamweaver CS4 – Adobe’s premier web editing software.

NVU – Nearly as good as Dreamweaver but without the price tag (it’s free). We use this more for quick touch-ups and code fixes.
